For more than 2 years, Debnorma empowerment has worked to make our city great for everyone. Guided by volunteers and the wisdom of our community, we invest in the most effective local programs to change lives in our community we bring together the people and resources to make big ideas happen.

We seek to develop children in all the different aspects of their lives—their minds, bodies, and relationships promote and facilitate giving by individuals and organizations while expanding their knowledge in the field.

We are committed to achieving the greatest possible impact from the resources entrusted to us, attaining high quality in all our work. We challenge ourselves to constantly learn, innovate and improve.

We aim to drive the community free from poverty and discrimination, to make everyone realize their potential and live in a healthy environment, We believe that we have everything in hand to accomplish this vision. We bring together individuals, non-profits, businesses, and government entities to fight for a strong, vibrant, and healthy community and to put them at the service of intelligence, creativity, and solutions that meet the needs of our community.
